Through 15 years of experience in industry with different managerial responsibilities I understand and see the needs and problems in companies.
I coach employees, sportsmen and managers mentally and in personal development and growth. As a consultant I work with managing directors and company owners from small and medium sized enterprises on all aspects of business. The training and workshops I organize for teams focus on communication skills, conflict management, presentations skills, emotional intelligence, creativity, change management, etc.
I have a master degree in sport & physical education (1995, Sport college Cologne) and I am a NLP master (2004) and certified systemic coach (2009).
Since 1993 I work as trainer, coach, manager and consultant for retail companies (e.g. CIP GmbH, adidas-Salomon AG, Lüders Partners GmbH) on subjects as sales, retail strategy, in-store communication, brand improvement.
