Intercultural Coaching: Working Across Borders

  • Will you be sent as an expatriate to another country?
  • Do you work globally and deal a lot with other cultures?
  • Has the online way of working impacted your global cooperation?
  • Do you feel insecure with regards to working across borders?
  • Would it be valuable to work on your cooperation as a team?

In our intercultural coaching and/or intercultural workshops, you come to peace with the challenges that you need to confront. After a detailed needs analysis, you acquire the necessary tools that make you feel at ease regarding your next steps.

If you take the workshop as a team, you learn how your colleagues tick, who has which strengths and how you can support each other best – and it’s a lot of fun!

What you need to bring? The courage to step out of your comfort zone and the commitment to try out new things, to reflect on how it went – and to learn from it. This is how you grow – and we will support you - step by step.

Feedback from a participant

"Astrid has provided valuable support to myself and my team for over 10 years. This support has taken many forms including personal coaching, inter-cultural training and various workshops. I have experienced a very high level of professionalism in everything that she does and consistently get excellent feedback from my teams. The inter-cultural insights that she provided to myself both in working in Germany and in Bayer helped me adapt and succeed in my new environment when I first arrived in 2005. Since then, I have worked uniquely with Astrid on inter-cultural topics and would not want to work with any other provider."
