Astrid Gerhard-Kraemer

I have 25 years of experience in supporting managers, senior managers, executives and groups in finding out about their strengths, room for improvement and developing their capabilities and skills. I do this by using different tools e.g. systemic and conscious leadership coaching as well as integrating different cultural approaches.

After my master degree in Education and Romance languages & literatures (University of Cologne) and Barcelona, I specialised in intercultural co-working, systemic and conscious coaching. My experience as a managing director since 1998 has been of great help regarding my work.

Since 1985, I have been working with multiple global companies (Bayer AG, Deutsche Bahn, European Patent Office, HBOS, Bank of Scotland, EASA, GIZ etc.) training employees in areas such as: presenting, meeting skills, conflict management, intercultural communication and team development. In the field of coaching and counselling the areas have been processing of change, enhancing creativity and innovative processes as well as using diversity to reach and exceed objectives.
