Ultimately my vision is to empower all the individuals I work with, enabling the Organisations to benefit hugely from the power and energy of their authentic staff. For the last 20 years I have been working as transformation change consultant with individuals, teams and organizations developing people in a conscious authentic way to participate in their own development. I coach and train for organizations in the utility, financial, manufacturing and retail markets on topics such as: leadership, management, team development, communication skills, coaching, influencing, presenting, how to deal with difficult people and business skills.

I have studied BA, Hons 1982, University of Portsmouth, Post Graduate study 1995, Carmarthen College and in 2008 became a qualified Novations talent development trainer.
