Annick Ottenburgs

I discovered my real passion: inspire and coach people in their personal transformation so that they can live their passion, develop their true potential and be authentic leaders in their work and life’s. The pioneer in me loves to introduce new powerful approaches, such as Conscious Leadership Coaching.

As a young adult I already knew I wanted to work in companies. That’s why I decided to study a MBA (1990, Catholic University of Leuven). Jobs in Marketing and HR consultancy (e.g. Citibank, Hay Group) for multinational clients in different sectors gave me a broad experience in the corporate world. My eagerness to learn led me to an intensive personal development path more than 10 years ago.

Since 2003 I coach individuals for sustainable personal transformation and prepare and lead workshops and trainings about communication, leadership, teamwork, conflict management, NLP and HRM. I also execute projects for (multinational) companies with regards to recruitment and selection, outplacement, job descriptions, job classification, remuneration analyses and policy, performance management. As mediator I support parties in the sustainable resolution of their conflicts so that a win-win is achieved.

Besides my MBA I have my master degree in computer science (1988) and became an NLP practitioner and master (2003), a Transpersonal coach and counsellor (2005) and a mediator (2006).
