Lesley Strutt

My work is to assist people to access their true potential no matter what challenges they face. This is my own personal experience and I want to share it with my clients.

My passion is to help people become conscious of how the choices they are making may be preventing them from achieving the life they desire. Through the teaching of simple empowerment tools, I help clients discover their true potential at work and at home.  I offer self-awareness and guided introspection exercises that help clients discover a freedom they never dreamed possible.

I have a PhD in Linguistics, (1985 McGill University Canada) and I offer private coaching and Journey processes in my private practice. I am also a research facilitator for the University of Ottawa where I coach professors in obtaining funds for their research projects. Since 1985 I have worked as a consultant, executive director and program officer for various governmental organizations and as an independent writer, editor, researcher and teacher.
