Basically HR comes down to understanding people in organizations. What is driving them and creates flow or problems in the co-working with others? And how are managers able to change this instead of trying to control this? When you see what it really is about, trust versus fear driven action, you can make great things happen.

I am open to learning in every situation and able to make this a mutual experience. I inspire individuals and teams, bringing out the best in them and ensure focus on the goals. Creating new ways of thinking, organizing, communicating and co-working within companies is a challenge with unexpected positive outcomes.

I have more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) management and development from purely operational to strategically and policymaking. I worked 10 years in Healthcare, 8 years in Government and Science and the last two years as a freelancer.

I have a bachelor degree in Social and Adult Pedagogy and a master degree in the Educational Sciences (1996, University of Amsterdam), specialisation Human Resources Development.

In 2005 – 2006 I followed the professional development programme at the International Association for Organizational and Social Development focussing on group dynamics in organizations, how you are part of it and use it in times of change.
