Clarity, truthfulness and authenticity are the values underlining my work as a Conscious Coach and my engagement within CLC. The vision "health at work and in organisations" drives my personal and professional aim for holistic and lasting fostering of health of the individual and within systems such as organisations, departments and teams.

Working professionally as Conscious Coach in my own company with professionals and private individuals, facilitating small groups and workshops. Passionate about supporting professionals and private individuals to take on self-responsibility for (self-)leadership in their life-domains, to (re)-discover their true being and passion and to live it to the fullest potential, beneficial to themselves and likewise to others around them, at work and in private area.

Certified Conscious Coach and Systemic Coach, accredited Journey Practitioner, Business Economist with many years of experience in leadership and client management/budgeting, Business-Trainer and Business-Constellation.

Started off my professional career in a bank, followed by studies in business economics.. I worked abroad in Brussels and later on for a big market research company in Switzerland for many years, thus gaining valuable insights and experiences in many companies and organisations in different sectors. I gained experience leading a highly qualified project leader-team, working with national and international corporate clients, responsible for budgeting, increasing turnover in business-to-business/ IT/Telecom ad hoc research and personnel selection.

I worked in a counselling company, completing basic study in professional and career counselling at the University for Applied Psychology in Zürich.

Currently I am studying part-time work health management (CAS-Certificate of Advances Studies) at the University of applied sciences, and will complete it in March 2012.
