Johanna Wallin

My interest is raising the level of engagement, leadership and potential in groups, brought about by enriching the contact with yourself, the group and the collective. This is achieved through facilitating creative and effective meetings and training within organisations, communities and companies.

I present workshops and seminars with a focus on communication and leadership to individuals and groups, private and in organizations. Using participatory techniques allowing people deeper and new communication in which a conscious learning takes place. As artist I created a cultural centre in the beautiful unexploited rural area of north Bohuslän. Exhibiting contemporary art: textile, paintings, sculptures by Nordic artists and leading workshops in arts, creativity and health.

I worked in the building industry as a construction engineer for Scandia Consult VVS teknik in Gothenburg, Sweden (1989-92) and for ABBFläkt Marine in Saint Nazaire, France. (1995)

I have a degree in communication (University of Gothenburg, 1999) and have learned to facilitate group work with Open Space Technology, Whole Person Process Facilitation and other Genuine Contact tools (2006-11).
